Professionally built, tuned, packed, and delivered.

Our Pro Pack shipping method ensures your bike arrives safely, properly tuned, and partially assembled. All cables and housing are pre-cut and routed, the fork steer tube is cut to length, the brakes are bled, the derailleur is adjusted, and the dropper post is installed. The brakes will arrive fully bled and routed, only requiring the levers to be fitted to the cockpit. Bikes with internal cable routing will have all lines pre-routed. Suspension pressures are set prior to shipping based on the rider weight provided.

Upon receiving the bike, all you need to do is install the fork through the headtube, attach the stem/handlebar, secure the wheels, attach the derailleur, and install the pre-cut chain. Additional minor adjustments, such as brake caliper alignment and cockpit positioning, may be required. If you aren't comfortable performing the assembly yourself, we recommend having a local bike shop do so.
