Professionally built, tuned, packed, and delivered.

If you're a wrencher, and feel comfortable assembling your own bike, then this is the shipping method for you. Using this method, your bike will come to you professionally packed and partially assembled. You will need to slide the fork in, attach the stem/handlebar, secure the wheels, and attach derailleur(s). All cables and housing will be pre-cut, fork steertube cut-to-length with your specified number of headset spacers, brakes bled, and derailleurs adjusted. If you purchased a dropper post with your build, it will be installed. Bikes with internal cable routing will have all lines pre-routed and ready to go, straight out of the box. We even tune the suspension to your weight when provided in our Bike Builder. You may still need to perform a few minor adjustments before your bike is ready to roll. If you aren't comfortable doing these adjustments yourself, we recommend bringing it to a capable bike shop to do so, or going with our Ship 'n Ride option. And of course, we are always just a phone call or email away should you have any questions or issues.
